The travel charge covers the visit, with no separate return-mileage charge. Travel fees are additional to notarial fees, are not required by law, and must be agreed before departure.

No after-hours surcharge is added to these published rates. Regular hours are 8 a.m.–8 p.m. daily, Pacific.

Some visits need a conversation.

Trips beyond 40 miles, printing and uncertain document requirements need a separate quote. If the details change, you review the revised price first.
